A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. We've also increased message processing capacity to help clear the backlog more quickly, much of which has already been processed.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing an issue affecting the processing of inbound and outbound messages. This issue is causing a backlog and delaying the delivery of data across most interfaces. All messages are being processed, but many are being delayed by the issue. Our team is investigating, and we will provide further updates as soon as they are available.
