We apologize for the earlier, incorrect maintenance timeframe. Please see below for the correct time for today’s maintenance outage:

We will be performing mandatory infrastructure maintenance on Sunday, March 13, 2022, from 7:00pm - 9:00pm Central. During this time most of our user facing applications and integration services will be unavailable. Here is a specific list of services that will be affected:

- All Mobile Applications
- Graphium Dashboards and Administrative Applications
- Advanced Analytics
- Data Entry Services
- Integration Services
- Outbound integrations will be delayed until after the maintenance window (e.g. sending of PDFs to Hospital EMRs)
- Inbound SFTP integrations will be unaffected (files.graphiumemr.com) although processing of data will be delayed.
- Inbound Graphium Integration Client (GIC) integrations will be fully functional, but all received messages will be queued and therefore delayed in processing
- Inbound Vital Sign streaming will be fully functional, but all received messages will be queued and there fore delayed in processing

We will provide updates as necessary throughout the process using this notification system, and will provide one final update once all maintenance activity has been completed.
