The upstream issue is continuing to impact the delivery of emails from our Advanced Analytics environment. Please be advised that while emails cannot be sent from Advanced Analytics at this time, reports can still be run and downloaded. If you would like assistance with this, please contact support@graphiumhealth.com and let us know which report you need and the required time range, and we will send you the requested report via secure email.

We are aware of an upstream issue that is preventing emails from being sent from our Advanced Analytics environment. Our team is in contact with the vendor and is tracking progress, but they cannot yet provide an ETA for the resolution.
